Spedification needed for 1970 LR Series IIa

Hi everyone,

Just joined the forum, my friend recently picked up this LR here in India, it has very low miles on it,it has a PTO attached to power a genset and on the dashboard, it has British Film Industry written on it, the vehicle had been lying a long time on UN parking lot and only recently has been started up. It starts up normally but has smoky exhaust. It is in dire need of tune up but the problem is specs for tappet, dwell and timing is urgently needed. Also any other maintenance tips from all you LR vets out here would be truly appreciated.
