steering wheel stiffness LR2

I feel stiffness in the steering wheel when I make right turns sometimes and also feel a little click in the steering wheel. Anyone know what it might be?

Not being a gearhead by anymeans, I would think Power Steering fluid, but if it's only stiff when turning to the right I'd have no clue.
