Sterring wheel stuck need more info? Have you tried turning the ignition on while turning the sterring wheel from side to side. How are your wheels are they pitched hard right or left?

The wheels are pretty straight. I have tried turning it while turning the key but it barely moves to the left not at all to the right. I have dealt with locked steering wheels before but this is tough.

Open the hood and see if there is anything blocking your sterring rod that goes to your power sterring pump. There are a couple of u-joints see if there is any binding. Have a second person wiggle the sterring wheel while you stand out and look under the hood. Can you turn the key to the on or acc position?

Move the sterring wheel hard right hold it there and try and turn the key don't force the key to where you brake it. Make sure your foot brake is pressed down. If that does't work do the same to the left and hold the sterring wheel in place while you try and turn the key.

It does not move at all to the right, slightly to the left but nothing happens with the key.

Well that's a bummer. Have you looked under the hood at the sterring rod? I will also check the book I have here to see if there is any thing else.

I take it you can not turn the vehicle on either, since you are having issues with the key and the wheel.

My tips for this that may or may not work.

Wiggle the shifter and make sure that it is park.
Attempt to turn the key while gently turning the wheel left and right.
Make sure you press the brake in while trying any of the above.
Lube the ignition switch I prefer a nice dry lube like graphite.

If the above does not work, you may need a new ignition switch.
