On my new LR3 SE, door decal says 33psi front & 42psi rear. Why 9lbs more in rear?

Good question. Is there a driveline bias - more power to the rear wheels by default?

"I just cancelled the deal."

[in case anyone needs a refresher, check here for the short version: http://www.landroverworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=14226&page=3 ]

Just took delivery yersterday. This was a very difficult decision because when most people are paying between 35-37K for a new 2008 SE, I am paying $62K for the same vehicle. I owed 42K on my 2008 Toyota financed into this LR3 which I still cannot afford not to mention I found a safety defect. The front headreast not being adjustable and my head sitting over, thus in a crash can break my neck.

The headrest is perfectly fine, and has passed all safety related tests. If you didn't properly size yourself to the vehicle you purchased, that is your responsibility, and you take that risk when you chose to drive a vehicle you may not properly fit in. With that being said, if your whole head is passing the whole headrest ie, the neckline at the top of the headrest, your seat base has to be incredibly low, or your head is either touching the base of the roof, or damn near close, which again, means you didn't properly size the vehicle up to ensure you fit properly..

As a side note if you hate that headrest, you can remove it and have a standard headrest put in.

Just my two cents..

How tall are you Ron? One of my Doctors who works in my Clinic is 6'7" and my head reast fits him fine.

I just jammed the top of my head into the roof and tried to simulate my neck snapping backwards, can't be done. There's 6 or 7 inches between the top of the headrest and the roof. Unless you're 8 feet tall and your head is only about 5 inches hi, with a two foot long neck, I can't see at all what you're complaining about. But I'm trying. I'm also trying to see why you'd spend 62k when there are plenty of new 08s going for under 40. Especially when you yourself say you can't afford it. Frankly, I can't comprehend the logic in any of your posts.

Frankly, I can't believe that y'all are as patient as you are with RonLR3. There appears to be no logic in many of his posts. I rather doubt he even owns this mythical LR3. Even if he does, it would be easier to ignore him rather than encourage the troll-like baiting inherent in his every statement.
