Towing with a RR

I am planning on towing a 16ft. flat bed trailer with a vehicle on it. the combined weight will be about 4000 lbs. Will a 2004 HSE with a 4.4 engine handle this ok? I have never towed with anything other than a p/u truck.

I towed a 22 foot enclosed trailer with a 356 Porsche in it to Florida from Atlanta this past spring with my LR3 with the 4.4 engine. Other than the shocking 8-9 mpg it did fine.
I would guess that the combined weight was around 4500 lbs. I did add an electric brake controller to the LR3 before the trip.
