Trailer wiring for Disco 03

On a Disco 2003 is it possible to splice a 5-way connector to the available wiring behind the rear tail light (instead of just a 4-way)? The 5th connector is needed for the surge brakes on the trailer and are triggered when the reverse lights are activated. I've never attempted wiring on this vehicle, but have read several archived posts on this forum which are very helpful for the 4-way connectors. Any help on this 5-way connenction is greatly apprecitated. Thanks.

I believe you will need to get the "factory wiring kit" from either a dealer or from one of the aftermarket LR shops who advertise on this forum.
