Transmission Update

Hi,

Has anyone that had the transmission software update performed (may've been B034 something or other + Patch 8) experienced an issue with the car not shifting into 1st gear in Command Shift?

The "lurch" seems to be gone after this s/w update, but once in a while the tranny will not downshift to 1st, and I know that my RPMs are in a downshift-safe-range.

Anyone else?

Had the upgrade patch installed at the last service and yes the lurch has indeed gone 99% of the time, cmd shift seems to work as before however, I dont use it that much for a full test.
