I have a 1988 defender 90 with a 19 J Motor. When I rev the motor, I don’t hear the turbo spool. The fan blade looks good with no chips in it. It also has a little bit of play, but from when I’ve read on nothing that it shouldn’t have. Anybody know a better way to see if this turbo is actually working properly?
