water leak

my 96 SD Disco is leaking water through the bottom of the speakers in the very back. thought it was because of the seals on the windows but fixed them with silicon and water is still getting in. anywhere else it could be comming in? we don't have sunroofs, just a stock cargo rack.

It could be coming threw either the wiper motor area, or where the back door handle is, if you have sealed the window.
