Where to find a used hiddenwinch

From time-to-time I really wish that I had a winch...but not enough to spend on a new winch + mount etc. By now there are enough LR4's getting old that there must be a few being retired with winch etc being sold...but I can't seem to find one.

Am I not searching at the right time, or are they rare enough that they end up with friends & family?

Are you handy with tools? You can make one out of a Harbor Freight winch tray. There’s a “how to” for the LR4 on expedition portal. I’ve done the same thing on my 3.
