I just bught a 1991 Range Rover GDE, I'd like to put a winch on the front, but from what I've read so far the GDE bumper is not tall enough to fit a winch. Has anyone mounted a ***** in a GDE bumper? Or should I be looking at an ARB bull bar?

The GDE bumper will not handle the strain of a winch, best to sell that bumper and install an after market bumper and a good Warn winch.
Mike thanks for the info. I thought that would be the answer based on what I had read. Aside from ARB is there anyone else that makes an aftermarket bumper? I live in the Tacoma area and I wondering if there is a good (trustworthy) mechanic in this area, without having to go all the way to Seattle.
