i need to tint the front windows but am reluctant to let someone rip open the inside door panel to do it. is that reason enough for concern?

I've never seen someone rip off a door panel to do tint...I could see why though.

Consider clear heat reducing film.

I do not think the door panel was removed when I had near clear Infra Red heat reduction film applied to my front side windows.

I think the installers cut the film off just below the inside rubber seal.

The link below is to a file I have on the material that I had installed. It is virtually clear, but stops the heat rays from cooking my arm etc. I also had the film put on the front moon roof glass inside surface to keep the heat rays from cooking my head as well.

It works.

Replace the **** with disco3 co uk and inserts a period in each of the two spaces.

Strategic parts source?

I was looking at the jpg's of all the spares you have - crates of stuff - fantastic.

I can only presume that is not just for your 3 but is a strategic reserve in case LR UK quits shipping to the States. I can see that none of us need worry about the parts supply drying up.

I was looking at the various compressor repair kits you have; I presume that somewhere in there there is an air compressor bracket?

Hi, thank you for the compliment. I just wanted to be thorough. There is a equally entertaining write up that corresponds with those pictures.. Page 1. Check Your Cowl, and Page 2. Spares Kit. http://www.**************/forum/topic76762.html Replace the **** with disco3 co uk and inserts a period in each of the two spaces.

Yes, I have a spare compressor and bracket laying about here, along with transfer cases, newly rebuilt diffs, and a bunch of repair kits. Transmissions en route and so on.

On the carry Kit, I just plugging along on the forums and picking up the bits and pieces which we all know will eventually fail.
