    265 65 R18 Firestone Destination AT

I haven't posted on here for a while, I don't have problems with rubbing in access height. The tires I run are no longer made and I have been looking at the Destination ATs for a while. I would be running them but these tires were better priced. I bought five but have never been able to fit...

    All-Terrain Tires. Let's have a conversation.

LOL, I forgot about that. I went with the tribal side, just couldn't take the flame side. But, I do like the tread pattern too. Deep! Also, they will sponsor you if you apply and are a regular off-roader or racer. Free tires for following their requirements. I didn't, don't have the...

    All-Terrain Tires. Let's have a conversation.

Suprizing Perormance In the 285/60-18 size. these Fuzion tires have proven themselves to be very good performers both on road and off. Last Dec I went off-road through some muck mud (following weeks of rain) that stopped a bunch of other LRs in the club. These tires cleared the mud from the...

cooper tires and crappy gas milage

My biggest concern after up-sizing the tires was with this warning: - When changing tire sizes, we recommend staying within 3% of the diameter/height of the original tire. Any more than this and you face the risk of brake failure. I've got the V6 version LR3 and it has 2" smaller...

    replace tie rods

At just under 28K, my LR3 failed our annual state inspection for a "loose tie-rod". Two days at the dealer, they fixed it, did an alignment on the front, replaced my broken CD player, and did an oil change. All covered under the full warranty. I just couldn't be happier. BJ

    Problems With the LR3

My LR3 failed our annual state inspection due to a loose tie-rod end. So, it spent two days with the dealer. Covered under warranty. While there, the in-operative CD player was replaced and the vehicle was serviced. I'm getting spoiled with all this free (warranty) service. BJ

    Ever change a wheel hub?

As with most tire shops around here, they don't know these cars very well. I'd get a second, and third opinion.
