Being that our trucks have dual climate control, sounds like you have a blend door issue. Never a bad idea to check your AC system anyway, but please use a set of professional gauges, not the kind from Autozone/Checkers! -

Air Condition
I would recommend you use a professional set of gauges to tell if you really have the correct pressure and at what pressure the low/high sides are at. Also, when was the last time you had your AC serviced? -

have you kept up with your maint? Changed your fuel filter lately? Checked if you have any pressure at the fuel rail? Is your fuel pump turning on? How mechanically inclined are you? If not too much, you may want to take it to a LR shop to get it checked out. Good luck & hope you get it... -

Oxygen Sensor Question
If you have an autozone or Oreilly/Checkers nearby, you can get them there as well. I have a 99 D1 SD also and i found that mine uses the same O2 sensors as the 99 D2 which are $65 each (gray connectors) vs $150 each for the older (black connector) style.
