Differences in LR4 over the years?

Hi Folks - newbie LR4 question here.

What are some of the ways you can tell what year an LR4 is? I just picked up my '16 LR4 - and now when I see another LR4 - I'm trying to figure out which year it is.

Different headlights, bumper, etc?

The most obvious visual give aways for the LR4 is the headlights, the square fog lights and the black tailights.
