Passenger side window

I have a 2000 Disco II with 116k on it.My passenger side window is stuck, when I try to put it down it moves about a 1/2" then its stuck I can not get it rolled all the way back up.Before this happened I did hear a loud noise,I took off the panel but it's difficult to reach or see in there.Has anybody had this issue before or have any ideas on a fix without a dealers help.

There is an old post on here about replaceing the wheels on the window runners. Do a search, it was about 6 months to a year ago.
