I saw a listing for an Urban Off Road Roof Rack... But the rack was not what caught my attention... It was the built LR3 that had it on the roof!!! Sadly Urban offRoad has made it so I can't take their precious photos ... so i'll provide think link to the listing

Anyone who can tell me what tires on that beast? My guess are Cooper STT's, but the tread design looks a tid-bit different...

That is the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw the photo. So I guess
it's time for a game of NAME THAT TIRE.

They just make it a little trickier to grab:

BFG only shows a 32.7 x 12.2 in the MT line, these tires don't look that big. Goodyear
Duratrac is a good guess but it doesn't look like the side lug patterns are the same.
Can anyone provide inside info?

only BFG those look like are the KM2s. Maybe they're dynapros? Hankook...STTs are a good guess too. I'm gonna go with Hankooks, just to be different...

They do look like the KM2's. Even with the rod mod you would think they would
have a tough time running something that big. I have a feeling Urban Offroad is
going to receive a call or two about what make and size tires these are. If anyone
contacts these guys please report back.

Click on pic for BIGGER view. You can zoom in and see the BFG M/T Logos.

Not sure on the size, but that sure looks like a tight fit. Over all this LR3 looks like more form over function. Like Black Rims with M/T tires are the NEW 22s with 40 profiles. Particularly more 'hummer bling' compared next to this one:

FYI - That 'a-frame' is either striped of the foam, or recreated out of steal.

Interesting vehicle...

Why do they have the gas tank door bolted shut? Is it re-directed somewhere else for water fording?!?

Also, looks like this LR3 has dual air intakes? Or maybe that is just for show. I know the LR4 has dual intakes, but I don't think that's what we're looking at.

Interesting, anyway...
