Wonder when the 2012 will be available. A year ago today, my custom ordered 2011 LR4 arrived -- picked it up the next day on Oct 6.

Yes. Google Land Rover Lakeside. They have actual pictures. Land Rover Farmington Hills has a couple as well, with pictures of one of them.

The lag on the LR USA site is pretty much in keeping with LR's **-hum attitude about selling and maintaining it's cars.

I did see the video and photos. Looks identical to the '10 and '11 models, with the exception of the Nav monitor which looks like it may be a little larger.

I was looking at pictures and it looks exactly the same to me, but the navigation LCD display might be a bit bigger... Hard to tell from the photos? I will have to go take a look in person. I think you did the right thing going with a 2011 Lux, as you would never have gotten a great deal like that on a 2012.

yeah, I know it. They had great lease incentives for the 2011.

I know there has been a little talk in the past of updates for the 2012 model, but I was curious if anyone has heard of any definitive news. I've tried doing some brief web searching but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info out there. Most web sites seem to be dedicated to the updates for the RR and RR Sport. I'm about to pull the trigger on a black/black HSE Lux at what I think is a pretty good price, albeit late in the model year, and just wanted to get some opinions if y'all think its worth waiting or not really worth it.

Make sure it has Voice Regonition.They left it off on some earlier LR4 Models and didnt tell the customers.A big disapointment

Hope they installed Voice Regonition or dont take it.

They can activate voice recognition in models that do not have it!
