My assumption would be possible 8 speed ZF. Rotary selector instead of stick. Dual view front monitor.

Or none of those and just trim updates...

just turned in my lr3 for service and got a jag xf with the knob as a loner, i dont like it a bit as far as feel and operation. It would be well suited in a mercedes etc, not in a bmw or a landrover which are primarily designed as the driver-oriented vehicles.

Also, one more electronic motor to worry about (the knob slowly peds up with the help of a motor as you turn on the engine and moves back down as you turn the ignition off.)

They're switching back to the stick in the UK instead of the rotary select...so we probably won't see it. My guess is there will be flappy paddles though.

Has anyone heard what colors will be offered in the 2013 LR4?

I got the 2012 brochure at the dealer and didn't like the new green that replaced the old green. Wanted to see what they had for 2013...

However, I did like the mocha leather interior shown in that roadandtrack link above. It'd be nice if the entire interior was mocha as it does look a little silly to have mocha seats, but tan consoles and dash. ahh well....

I would love for the LR4 to have more seating/interior color combinations like the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport. I really like that mocha!

I'd like to see something more rugged and utilitarian, less posh and street. OR!, just bring the 110 DEFENDER over to the States with a DISCOVERY 4 driveline. Land Rover has no idea the money they would be making if they pulled that off.
