LR4 towing 24ft center console boat

I just wanted to say my 2010 lr4 did great pulling my dad's 24ft fishing boat. I think this boat is pretty light for the size though. We did not catch any fish but had fun.

Very nice!!! Question though - do your trailers have brakes?
I am trying to buy a boat, and the guy at marina told me that it is not needed really if it is not a big, within 21 foot boat... True??

Yes mine has brakes on one axle because of the weight. I believe the LR4 manual recommends brakes over 1,000lbs.

My first boat was an 18' and didn't have brakes. With a 21', I'd want brakes on the trailer.

This boat is a 24ft blue wave and it came with brakes. we almost bought a 21ft center console instead that 21ft boat did not have trailer brakes. They said on the 21ft it was an option.
