Good morning.
I changed my transmission shifter due to a failure and now it will not go into drive. Reverse works okay but truck will not move in drive at all.
Any ideas?

Thanks

You reference your transmission shifter....? Would this be the gear shift assembly inside the cabin of the truck or the gear linkage that connects to the valve body, right at the transmission...?

My thought is that depending on how you did the change out, there may not be a proper alignment at the gear linkage. Here is a link identifying the gear linkage, in case this make any relevant sense.
