Have a 2012 with an A-Frame push bar - will the 10-12 spots (OEM) work with it?

Pics?

Thanks

I might be wrong with the OEM lights but I found 10" lights were too big for the soft A Bar. I went with 7" and they fit nicely.

I flipped them over from how the OEMs mount. Drilled a hole and then cut some metal strips to beef up the plastic where it is bolted to. Very solid and when off roading I did not notice any bouncing around of the light.

So the obvious answer is it is not really a push bar...I mean, maybe if you get to close to something and nudge it no damage will occur but its just really more for looks than anything. I have always liked the look - but I don't do any real ******** off-roading or bush whacking - would never stand up to that. I have a D2 for that -

Short answer is I like the way it looks - but thats about all it is good for.

EXACTLY! The OEM A frame is all plastic and would not stand up to anything hitting it. Heck it flexes when I rub up against it when I change my oil. Now as a platform for my aux lights I have no complaints but I did not expect or want anything more than that. The 4 is my family hauler/tow vehicle. Adding a ARB bull bar was overkill when I have my still D2 for taking off road.

I am thinking about the ARB bar for my D2 - I have an 01 and like the bars for the 03/04 better - I think they will work with a little modification - at least that is what I have heard.

You should not have any issues. The only thing you might be lacking is the OEM round driving lights but those are easy to source. ARB did finally release a LED turn signal replacement for these as well.
