Gentlepersons:

Can I ask you about some issues Im having with my 07 4.4 gas?. Have my G3 tool and two other Rangies an 09 and 12 5.0; all have fresh batteries of course at 12.5v or better. its not the battery although at one point it was run down by a friend and needed to be charged.

The problems car is a 2007 100k mile clean, and dry (AZ and CA based) car that is pretty perfect except for below. Ten years ago it had an Arnott (AMK) compressor installed and it is programmed for that or selected for AMK; and a right strut no leaks that I can find.

1) compressor Exhaust valve reads 100% open and I dont think thats right since Im not venting and have 189 psi in the gallery. I get two recurrent codes :
I changed the dessicant and it was way wet, and the exhaust valve was a little rusted so theres that; new rebuild kit coming.

1) C1A13-64 (AF) pressure doesnt decrease when venting gallery
and
2) C1A55-01 (AF) Ignition switch input circuit - general electrical failure

ANd I have a U0132-87 (2B) lost comms with ride level control module (where and what is this)

Compressor will run but I dont hear the exhaust pushing open and 4x4 Info will show OFf road height when its not raised and if I select down or up it will show "suspension fault" and after clearing Ill get same two faults above. All HS's show comparable voltages and output seems correct (matches my other L322 09) but system thinks its in off road height and even though that shows on 4x4 info the chime above 30 mph will sometimes NOT ring but other times it will message but them instead of lowering the car (which isnt really in off road height but rather normal height) it will message "speeds above 30mph not OK..." so there some processing going on; GAP tool shows all lights and leds working and I can trigger them on and off; but once cleared of those two faults below; if I select up or down it will throw the "suspension fault" message on dash and two faults reestablish themselves. Wiggling wires at or around compressor yields no faults or hesitancy, grounds are fine. I could throw in a Hitachi from my other one thats working and select Hitachi but my feeling is that this is a comms error especially given the number of TCM 94 codes suggesting Can BUS. Passenger floor and associated wiring under A pillar and door entry aluminum plate are both bone dry. Car was garaged for 16 or its 20 years and 90% in AZ dry heat.

Of interest are five ATCM faults that CAN NOT be cleared:

1)U0401-94 (2E) Invalid data ECM/PCM

2) U0402-94 (2E) Invalid data from TCM

3) U0403-94 (2E) Invalid data from TCM

4) U0416-94 (2E) Invalid data from vehicle dynamics control module

5) U0421-94 (2F) Invalid data from vehicle dynamics control module

I've got a rebuild kit coming w/ exhaust solenoid for AMK compressor and yes the ECM/PCM has AMK selected.
But my impression is that all those 94 codes indicate a CAn BUS issue.

Didnt know that an 07 had a dynamics control module in the L322??

Any thoughts?

THanks so much,

Dave R.
