2021 Defender headlight Halo Lights out

Halo lights out: 2021 Defender. First the passenger halo ring on the headlight goes out, a month later, the driver side halo light goes dark. Took to dealer, only option is to replace entire unit at about $4,800 for the pair. Anyone have a better solution?

Do you have "breakers yards" (Dismantlers) in the US?

I was quoted 4500 for a set of wheels here in Switzerland. I managed to find a set of refurbished ones for 600 and even with 300 shipping from the UK I still ended up under 1000. Perhaps something like that is an option?

They do.
But, you never know what you get.
May have the same issues.
