Phone Addresses

I used to own a 2006 RRS and now have a 2006 RR. Th sport via bluetooth was able to display my phone address book and therefore the person who was calling if included in my address book. I can not get the RR to transfer and display my address book. Any suggestions?

Different phone, some company verizon. I now have a blackberry pearl.

you might have to get the new software...i think the newer phones aren't compatible without it...i have the touch diamond and mine doesnt do the contacts either. i was told the new software might fix it, but they couldnt give me a definitive answer so rather than waste the money on something that "might" work i chose not to do it
