Drivers Side Floorboard Wet
If the A-pillar is not wet then it is most likely the sunroof drain tube rubber grommet (part that goes through the body). They often become brittle and dissolve so the water from the sunroof no longer drains into the wheelarch. Plenty of video's on YT about how to fix it. Best to buy a new set... -

It's just a failed o-ring. Replace it and that will probably fix the leak. -

Is this a bad tie rod?
Sounds like bad tie rods. A common wear problem. Make sure you order the correct ones for your vehicle. They changed the thread on them. See this video: -

Windshield wind noise.
Badly installed windscreen. Could be the cause of the noise. Is it an original (LandRover or Pilkinton) windscreen? The non genuine ones usually have a poor fit and cause all sort of problems. -

Air in Brake Lines
There is a specific procedure to bleed the ABS unit. You can use the GAP tool to do so. Don't know if you actually bled the ABS unit in all your efforts. -

It is unburned fuel. The vacuum pump is part of the evap system and connected to the vapour canister. If there is liquid fuel in it instead of vapour (overfilling of tank or faulty purge valve) it can cause the excessive smoke when the conditions are met that the fuel vapour is normally lead... -

Interesting Overland setup
Video is in German but with subs you can understand his comments. Most intersting is how he fitted the airline rails with supports for jerry cans and kitchen box. If one would add a nice interior storage system it would be a very nice Overland LR4. PS: the jerrycan holders are from... -

That looks like a real rust bucket ... like most in the UK. Why noy buy in mainland and have less rust and also LHD.
