    You have to remove the old plastic sleeve and o-ring. Insert the new o-ring in the water pump. Make sure it is seated properly. Install the plastic sleeve. The brass piece is then inserted all the way in.

    There are plastic push pins that hold the finisher on. You can use a bolt with a stud in place of the push pin. Then attach your antenna to the stud with a wing nut.

    Part of the existing rail covers will have to be reused. The bolt holes do go all the way through. Unused bolt holes will have plastic plugs in them. These will have to be removed to allow the roof rails to be bolted on.

    There's no more safety inspections anymore. Just emissions. Cracked windshield won't fail the inspection.

    Last one we did was $10K, just for the engine. You'll need all the gaskets etc.

    On the green part, there's a roll pin you have to push out. Then the green part slides off.

    ^ Correct. On the V6: The thermostat begins to open at 208-215 °F and is fully open at 226 °F. The V8: The thermostat begins to open at 190 - 194 °F and is fully open at 216 °F.

    No oil pressure sensor. Oil pressure is not monitored. :dontknow: To test the oil pressure, you will need a tool like this.     A coolant temp sensor doesn't measure air. Unfortunately, lots of overheated engines because of this. Coolant in the oil pan could be a cracked cylinder head.

    It can. With the wipers in auto. You should be able to spray some water on the windshield and active the wipers. Also, the high beam assist sensor could be blocked by a toll tag sticker. The aftermarket windshield could be diffusing the light away from the sensor in the front of the mirror.

    If you have an aftermarket windshield, it can cause all the issues you've described. #2 sensor controls the high beam assist.
