    We are going to go as far as we can make it up Tincup Pass. I dont think it will be completely open, but at least to St. Elmo and the surrounding area. Maybe Pomeroy Lakes. I think that Buena Vista and the national forest there is probably one of the state's best kept secrets.

    Its a shackle (aka D-ring) for recovery. He cut a hole in his skid plate and attached a shackle to the tow loop. Maybe the hole was already there I dont know.

    Hah true... But I still know how to get out and walk when I have to. I posted in the other thread but the Solihull Society is doing Left Hand Canyon and having a BBQ on the 15th are you going? Shouldnt be a truck breaker.
