Possibly looking a super-low miles LR4 with the CPO warranty. Curious how you guys would place a value on the warranty to compare against other non-warrantied cars. $750/year of coverage? 1000/ year?
I'm assuming its not going to cover wear items like control arms so kind of hit or miss...
Anyone have a part # for the little rubber bumpers that sit on the lower tailgate and cushion the upper tailgate?
I can't seem to locate these in any parts diagram online and it looks like one of them went missing...
(pic is of lower tailgate switch, and you can see the empty hole)
Was just killing time surfing around and came across this....
I'm undecided... Might be more interesting if the roof was white as well...
More pics here if anyone wants to look: http://www.wannaberacerwraps.com/land-rover-lr4-hse-gloss-black-top-half-vinyl-car-wrap

The packaging is also a big part of it - have more space than short-bed pickup trucks. And the roof height is great. I can put three people and three road bikes in the LR4 without anyone needing to drop the seat post. D5 is long enough but not tall enough. G550 is tall enough, but not sure if...
$4K of that was a "regional adjustment" since I suppose CO is a natural habitat for these cars... But even without that, you're looking at way more than $5K.
Carvana buys vehicles too. They offered $16.7K on my 2012 with 78K miles last month... Joys of VC support I guess ? So find a zip code where they operate and drive your car there?
I believe CO has an emissions referee program where you can do swaps with newer model year engines. I know roadsidewerx in Denver has done an emissions legal LS swapped P38 - or maybe a classic ? I'm not really up to speed on the RR generations...
I can tell you that a tuffant steel wheel with a 265/65/18 Cooper AT3 LT (E weight range) weighs 88 pounds. I'm guessing the steel wheel is 10 lb heavier than the 19" alloy.
