Interesting Overland setup

@LR4FoxsSake , bottom line: the LR4 hates non-oem coils. It will only stay running when the old, LR coils are installed. According the the indy, the pcm is shutting down spark from the Bremi and Delphi coils because it is seeing a resistance that it doesn't like--no idea if that is the case...- Michael Gain

Agreed, and thank you for the sanity check! The wiring harness is actually reasonably priced for a LR part (~$600), but we will see if that is the culprit-- I turned over the gremlin-hunting to a local indy. Hopefully, they can find the issue and resolve it quickly...- Michael Gain

Another 20" tire question
Spacers would depend on the offset of those rims as much as tire choice. The stock 20" tire size is 255-50/20. A 265-55/20 would be comparable to the popular 265-65/18 Side but for not appear to have a lot of options. Use a tire comparison calculator online and stay around 31.5 inch diameter...- Michael Gain

Update #2 Delphi coils finally arrived and went in today. Installed driver side, dropped my socket, and had to raise the vehicle - she started right up with the three new ignition coils, but still had a misfire. Shut her down, found my socket and wrench wedged between the front diff and frame...- Michael Gain

Glad you like them and congrats! Did you try checking tire pressures with the vehicle off and ignition on? Just press the start button once with your foot off of the brake. Scroll to service menu and select pressure check- Michael Gain

Update: Injector code stayed away, but misfire returned. I limped it to the nearest shop and they were nice enough to order me some new parts and work on it in their parking lot. Swapped the plugs first and here are the old ones (67000 miles). Misfire continues. Swapped the coils around...- Michael Gain

@Strizzo, looking at the exploded view, it's set with a crush sleeve. The workshop manual advises to measure the exposed pinion threads, Mark the nut, and count the number of rotations. Sounds fun! I run the +44 tuffants. I based my decision on how the tires would recess into the wheel wells at full compression. The +27 are over 1/2 inch further out than the +44 and there may be issues with wider tires hitting the arches / fender liner if fully compressed. Just my .02- Michael Gain

Well crap!
None for the pipes. The rubber o-rings on the pipes seal them. I forget what year your truck is though. If supercharged, the supercharger or the snout, and the water pump need to come off to get the "y" pipe off. Not sure if it's easier on the 5.0. With the water pump you'll need the water pump...- Michael Gain

Rhino / ox hitch option
Definitely a huge upgrade and looks better than the stock hitch. Be prepared to touch up the powder coating on the bolts. Some cracked off while tightening and the bolts slightly rusted.
