Stockers are fine in the snow. Our driveway in the mountains genearlly has 1-3 feet of snow this time of the year at a 10 percent grade for 200 feet. Zero issues. -

Should I Be Afraid To Buy 2006 Lr3
Our 01 SE7 Disco was a gem, one unscheduled trip to the dealer in nearly 4 years. Likewise our LR3 has been faultless. The wife did mention she saw some water leak from the overhead light a few weeks back -- so we will have that checked out at the next oil change.- steve c

While I can't speak for the LR3 in particular -- in most cars it is not a job you should be scared of. The biggest concern with most modern motors being your ability to reapply the various covers and bits that must come off. Pretty engines seem to be all the rage. -
