Does anyone know how many manufactures out there make lift springs for the Disco II (w/o air suspension)? I know about OME, but there kinda expensive and Im not looking to lift the thing more then 2". I would rather not lift it at all, but I want to run a little bigger tires then the suggested... -
Thunking/Whirling noise

01 Disco II T-Case fill plug
Thas kind of ridiculous. Is it the same size as the fill plugs on the diffs (then at least I kinda know what im feeling for)? I have an oil pump thing, but its just a hand pump with a tube at the end. I foresee using it for this application as a bad idea. -

What exactly is "duragrain"
I have an 01 Disco SD with the "duragrain" seats. Its not quite leather, but Im hoping that the leather cleaner I used on them isnt going to ruin the material. -
Differential drain bolt size
Does anyone know what type/size of socket to use to remove the front and rear diff drain bolt on a 2001 disco? Its not a normal socket, its like a square inside the bolt. I know I dont have the proper tool. Also, whats the size of the fill plug(which does appear to be a regular socket size)? -

LR Discovery Regular Maintenance Tips.
ATF is Automatic Transmission Fluid. It has a detergent in it so people sometimes use it in their engines to clean them out. Personally, I wouldent do it unless the vehicle is older with alot of miles. -

Greetings to all! I just picked up a 2001 Disco II, looking to take care of the 60k service first thing (mines only at 51k right now, though), but not for $950 at the dealer!
