Don't bother replacing the gaskets on the vacuum pump. Won't work. Get a new genuine or Pierburg pump (upgraded). There are a lot of cheap copies for sale but I wouldn't try those.
Be aware that there are ppl on fleabay selling "Genuine" pumps for about $150 (incl. the fake labels) but they are...
Also worth noting that the bolts need to be torqued to spec with the vehicle in std ride height. With the vehicle on the lift it is best to have the front suspension deflated so you can easily push the suspension up to std ride height position and then torque the bolts. If not done like that the...
If the A-pillar is not wet then it is most likely the sunroof drain tube rubber grommet (part that goes through the body). They often become brittle and dissolve so the water from the sunroof no longer drains into the wheelarch.
Plenty of video's on YT about how to fix it. Best to buy a new set...
Sounds like bad tie rods. A common wear problem. Make sure you order the correct ones for your vehicle. They changed the thread on them.

Badly installed windscreen. Could be the cause of the noise. Is it an original (LandRover or Pilkinton) windscreen? The non genuine ones usually have a poor fit and cause all sort of problems.
There is a specific procedure to bleed the ABS unit. You can use the GAP tool to do so. Don't know if you actually bled the ABS unit in all your efforts.

Video is in German but with subs you can understand his comments. Most intersting is how he fitted the airline rails with supports for jerry cans and kitchen box. If one would add a nice interior storage system it would be a very nice Overland LR4.
PS: the jerrycan holders are from...
If it isnt the roof then it's likely not properly sealed windscreen. We had the same and it turned out to be the windscreen (non original). Now replaced and all is ok.
Recently did that. Sorry no pics.
Most tricky part was to move the wiring loom and its plastic bracket (back of the engine) far enough away to take out the old pipe and put in the new one. I removed the bracket and it's support. I didn't move the inlet or any other components, not needed.

Hi All,
Anybody ever installed an air heater in their LR4 V8? Location? Preferably not drilling holes.
Was thinking about the diesel type with a small plastic tank for the diesel (outside of the vehicle).
Want to be able to sleep in the car and some warmth is welcoming:).
I know the Webasto...
That design would not meet European pedestrian safety regulations. The new Defender will have to meet them, being a "World" vehicle. This Bronco is for US market I suppose.
The rear, roof and bonnet are clearly added bodypanels to cover the real shape. Common practice for oa mule vehicle. But the mirrors look like a hint towards Defender.
