Everything about tires for LR4/ LR3 with 18" wheels
I just put on MT Baja Boss AT 265/65r18 onto Tuffant Kimberleys and have a fair bit of rubbing close to full lock on the corners of the frame horns. I got two quotes for cutting/welding- one said $150-$200 total. The other shop said 6 hours @ $200/hr which including installing a battery... -

Oil leak showing up behind alternator?
Came back after a couple days and there are new drips present. I can see it from as high up as the lower front outside edge of the valve cover. Having a tough time getting a visual on anything further back, or underneath the oil filter housing. Going to need to remove some stuff to get a better... -

Tuffant Simpson 18" Alloys in Smoked Gray
MT Baja Boss AT 265/65r18 on Tuffant Kimberley’s ! One inch lift with GAP tool. Getting pretty significant rubbing at full lock and even slightly before full lock. All of you who cut the frame horns down- did you DIY that or take to a shop? How much should I expect that to cost? -

Howdy, was this resolved? I happened to notice an oil leak on my '13 LR4 that looks very similar to yours. I haven't gone as far in diagnosing but the drips at the bottom are in the same places. For now I cleaned it all up, let the motor run for 20 ish minutes in the driveway and am letting it... -

I've been getting what feels like a lot of steering shake when driving over bumps or rough road. No shake or wobble or anything when driving at any speed on smooth roads. More like the steering jerks left or right when hitting bumps. I tried swapping front and rear wheels- no difference... -

P0442 code and CEL - 2012 LR4
Had similar symptoms- Check Gas Cap warning, then CEL for small leak P0442. Installed new gas cap- didn't solve it. Installed new purge valve (easy job), and was good for a week or two. Just tonight got the Check Gas Cap warning again.. tightened the cap and it went away after starting the motor... -

Cold start on a 2013 LR4. This slow metallic sounding ticking noise only happens sometimes and just for a minute or two on cold start. Can anyone identify it?
