Given a 3 hour drive, I would wait until you have another requirement for service & just keep tabs on the tire pressures manually. It won't hurt anything, just a nuisance TPMS readout... -

I had BOTH front and rear diff's replaced by the dealer on our '06 LR3 in 2012 with only 60K miles on it! I honestly didn't even notice the supposed noise, but while I had it in to repair some other issues pre-sale, they mention they heard some extra noise from the diff's during a test drive... -

2014 LR4 on Landrover.com
My guess is as that was the International (UK) site, it's quoting Imperial miles per gallon, not US mpg... hence 24.6 Imp mpg for the SCV6 engine converts to about 20.5 US mpg, and 28.8 Imp mpg to 24 US mpg. Still a huge percentage increase over the V8 mpg specs. I just hope the tow rating...
