I know there have been a million gazillion threads started about this, but......

For normal, everyday driving, should I be in High, Neutral or Low and should the mode be Sport, Manual or Off?

What about in snow, what modes should I be using?

Normal driving, on the highway, High, sport mode... This is my opinion, same in snow. Low is for off road use.
