2000 Land Rover Discovery smoke coming from under Passenger Front Seat

Hi,

I have a 2000 Land Rover Discover and I'm noticing a smell of electical burning an some smoke coming from under the front passenger seat. Anyone ever seen this happen before? I've noticed a set of fuses under the seat but not sure what they are for.

You have an ECU under that seat? Start there.

Thanks, One thing I noticed was my wife had set the window locks on in the center console and when I turned that off the issue seemed to go away. The rover does have another problem though. The radio is dead and when I check the relay with a volt meter I get no juice from the wiring harness. I've seen some posts about this but there is no real solution outlined. I'm thinking I should pull the entire passenger seat out to check out all the wiring under there to see what is going on as the cd changer is under there. Maybe something just fried under that seat which is causing problems with the radio.

Thoughts/Ideas on how to approach this?
