I have a 2005 Land Rover Freelander SE. When you turn the key to the on position all the warning light flash except for the Check Engine Light. Because that doesn't even flash, it won't pass inspection. I was told it's because of a bad board. If I replace the Dash Cluster with a new Cluster, is the board part of the Cluster ?
