I have a feeling this has already been covered but I wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was driving to work today and went to put the driver's side window down and its completely dead. When I arrived at work I shut the engine off and listened to see if I could hear anything and I can't hear any sounds coming from the door or anywhere else. I checked the fuse behind the glove box and it was fine. All the other windows work totally fine. Any suggestions?

link to power window files

The link below will take you to an album with a number of files within.

You will find a description of the power window circuits, pdf's of the wiring diagrams etc.

These may help - hopefully the problem is just a switch, as after that, figuring out what the problem is can be difficult.

Fixing is usually easy, it is the finding out what is wrong is the hard part.

The good news is that by the sound of it, the window is up and fully closed - it could be down or part down - that is a real problem.

Thanks bbyer! I'll look through these pdf's and see what I can figure out. And yes, the window is fully closed and my AC works great so I guess things could be a lot worse.

Thanks again!
