2010 Land Rover LR4 Upgrade

Hello guys,

I am new in this forum, I am looking for a way to install the 2015 LR4 side mirrors with turn signal light into my 2010 LR4.
Has anyone ever done it in the past?
My 2010 LR4 was produced in 09/2009, but mine didn't come with front sensor? surprisingly, I have step bar.

any help or idea will be appreciated

If you don't have turn signals on your mirrors now, no point in swapping mirrors, you don't have the wiring. Trust me, I've tried
