I have seen some pictures with the silver skid plate and it looks nice. Don't get me wrong I don't think the wife will need it in the Wegmans parking lot but is it worth it. Also what did your dealer charge you for the front and rear mud flaps

My dealer was trying to charge arms and legs for both front and read mud flaps and the wheel locks (in my case). So I decided to scout the ebay and found the bargain there... almost 50% off when I bought the entire set
