98 disco rear window problem

I have a 1998 disco and the rear windows wont work, the switches are good and the window lock switch is good. I did a search and saw where there was a fix and it linked to disco web, but the page would not open please help.

If you give me a few hours, I'll post to the tech solution to this...it requires a soldering iron though, so run out and get one.
