ABS light on

Hello everyone,
New to this forum. Looking to buy LR disco. Ad states that ABS light is on & has been so for past 2 years . It's a '98. Can you tell me poss. causes of this and if it's a big repair to fix it?

Do not buy the truck unless you can see a paid work order showing it has been repaired. Price range can be from a couple $100 to $2000 in repairs and you don't want to get stuck with that.
