ABS Shuttle Valve Swap

I hope someone can help me here... I need to replace the shuttle valve on the bottom of the ABS modulator, and based on Joey's recommendations, I should not remove the brake lines from the modulator, because of the labor it takes to ensure the air is completely removed from the brake system.

The RAVE workshop CD-ROM I am using states:
WARNING: If any components upstream of brake modulator, including the modulator itself are replaced, the brake system must be bled using the procedure on TestBook/T4, to ensure that all air is expelled from the new component(s).

Does anyone know what the TestBook/T4 bleeding procedure is? Is it possible to do it in my garage, or do I need to connect to Testbook?

So, I totally believe Joey and do not want to even go there... But, how in the heck am I supposed to get to the bottom of the modulator without removing the brake lines? I've removed the 3 nuts securing the modulator to its bracket, and I am not able to move the modulator enough to get a tool under it. Any suggestions????

You don't use a screw driver... I Can't remember it is is an Allen wrench or a torques wrench. Either way it is an angled wrench... again PITA, but it can be done.
