I'm sure the Chinese plant that stamps out the garbage Land Rover filter is much more discerning than the (likely exact same) Chinese plant that stamps out the AC Delco one.
LOL yeah...China steals from China...so weird. Maybe I should go find one on wish.com?

I have settled on the Mahle filters if I can find them. Plus they are made in Bulgaria vs China. If that is a plus...

They are made wherever's cheaper to make them... The next Mahle OX 774 you buy may very well be stamped "Made in China."

I doubt it. I bought a box of 6 and since I replace annually that puts me out to 2024. It will be good news if I have to buy more then!

^^^ THE most honest, correct answer thus far.

Leave the dance with the guy that brung ya.
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Use a FRAM filter no matter what kind of vehicle it is.
