ACE valve block seal

I've serviced my Disco v8 the last item on my list was the ACE system, having the changed the filter I need to change one of the seals on the valve block, multi plugs. I cannot remove the old seal can anybody give me some advice.

I am not familiar with the seal you mention, or I am sure I could help... any chance you can post a picture?
