Air struts

Front passenger front airstrut deflated. The driver side front is an armot clearly marked. The passenger side has stamp INA
F-231024.7 and below that it says Germany. It’s a 2006 RR HSE. Could this possibly be OEM?
Tried to google numbers and nothing. I have it removed and no other markings. Has anyone run into this?

Just replace both with the Arnott struts. Other reviewers seem to think they are better than OEM with a lower price and better warranty.
