Am I paying too much

So my wife and I are getting the 2011 LR4 next Friday and maybe I should have done this prior but this is my wife’s dream vehicle. The vehicle has 107 thousand miles on the engine. I am paying 14,000 for it. Everything seems to be in good shape, drives wonderfully. I would appreciate some honest opinions. Thank you

So that was a bust and less than an hour later, I found same year just the HSE Luxury edition. I paid just 7.12 more for that model. Thank you for the reassurance about the price.
