Hey guys
Got another question. I haven`t driven my Rangie for about a month. When I start the thing up the two Aux fans come on, the ones in front of the radiator. Is this normal? I don`t remember them comming on before.
I let the truck run for 15 minutes and they stay on till engine is shut off.

By the way my temp sender is shot, and has been for a long time. The aux fans never came on till now though.

Any ideas?

Thanx

Two thoughts, one, id the A?C is on that will kick on the fans. The other thought is that without a good temp sensor, the fans will probably come on. You might want to short the temp sensor and seei f that will turn off the fans.

Ok so I`m dumb. It turned out to be the a/c was on. I was detaling it the other day and didn`t think to look at where the nobs ended up. :albertein
Funny thing is, my a/c compressor is seized up so the belt is disconnected from the pully side.

Thanx! Disco Mike
