AUX/HPFP chain

Apologizes if this has been discussed before but I have searched the internet and only come up more confused so thought I would just ask.

There is another thread I started about my issues with high and low pressure at the fuel rail. I have finally got down to my timing on my AUX chain that runs the HPFPs has jumped a couple teeth causing the rough idle at start up.

My question is do I just simply put the colored links (blue link at the 12 on the crankshaft and yellow link at the 7ish on the cam gear) with the crank locked in at the 6 o'clock? I know I have to have the cam gear also positioned correctly I have the tool to insert at the vacuum pump to make sure its correctly placed. I also know/think the FOMOCO has to be on the top part of the gear and not the bottom or so it has been said however there is so many videos with it on top or bottom Im not 100% sure that's correct.

Assuming the keyway is at the 6 o'clock on the crank I don't have to rotate the engine until the timing markings on the other two chains all line up before I set the timing on the AUX chain correct?

This is confusing. I have a video that my guys just took as they are setting the timing (for everything).

We pulled the whole engine out (Body On) in order to drop the oil pan, clean out everything at the bottom of the engine, and redo the AUX Chain and tensioners.

The Crankshaft is top dead center (so the bolt is upside-down here). All the chains are aligned to their marks and you can see the white marks on the camshaft chains aligned to the marks on the guides and the blue mark on the AUX Chain.

And this is on my 2010 LR4 HSE V8 5.0L.

First chain job and first time the engine has been out and serviced.
